The water flows back into the water chamber through the outer ring under the bowl where the water is constantly enriched with fresh oxygen as it flows back. It gets recycled, so to speak.
The percolator ensures good cooling of the smoke with countless air and water swirls. A pack with 4x hanging screens (Ø 15 mm) for the herb bowl which has a larger passage and a reasonable capacity, is also included.
